All home buyers beware! We paid $500k for a brand new home only to have a driveway that's not covered under warranty. I understand if it's normal defects but our concrete is so soft that it is crumbling and falling apart. There's a crack from one side to the other side. We called MJC warranty department and they refuse to let us put in a warranty request because the driveway is not covered.
