"Just the facts ma'am". ISSUE 1: Starting with the most recent issue I had to fix as the house is 1 year 4 months old from day of key hand-off. Warranty is 1 year and the issues have to be written down upon the walk-through otherwise MJC will deny deflect and defend their position. June 2025: noticed a leak nail pop and a "water-mark witness" around the nail pop. Taped around the water-mark to make sure the "leak" margins did not get bigger.
