To the short bald guy with the glasses. Your lack of tact and unprofessionalism will be a detriment to this company. I spent my time and gas to drive from Beale AFB out to this business for argon. What I received was arrogance and what seemed like a Napoleon complex. How does me holding my vape so it does not overheat in the car indicative of I am vaping in the store or on the grounds. The staff is wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful and excellent customer service. Just getting our teen son started in welding..... we will be back!
Excellent service, showed us how to use our new machine and even gave our 15 year old his first welding lesson. Couldn't ask for a greater experience.
Be very careful with this company. They hold a sales fair in Colusa, offer financing with ClickLease, trick you by saying you'll pay one amount, and then at the end of your debt, ClickLease charges you an extra $2,200 for renting you equipment they financed. My debt was for $15,000, and I'm going to end up paying almost $20,000 with interest and their stupid rent.
