Unreliable and unprofessional. Let me down after making me wait for days knowing it would leave my disabled child without heating and water for longer just because I asked for reassurance of liability should anything go wrong as he wanted to continue working alone with other workers I did not know, while I had school run. Canceled the whole job instead of giving reassurance or just taking a break. Unprofessional and would not recommend!
