The exceptional customer service and promptness of their work is amazing!!! My son was in a pickle today with a blown tire. I called them and they were willing to get him right in! Believe it or not as soon as my son pulled in his car died. They quickly determined his starter went out. I was skeptical because well shops can sometimes do those sort of things. I went to Bessler's and bought a rim for my truck. I took that rim and a tire to A and B tires to have the tire put on the rim. Guy there says no problem. $20. He comes back informs me that the rim I bought is wrong size. So I ask him, do you have a rim that will work? He said maybe. He goes into the back comes out with a rim. Turns out it won't work either. So I go to leave and ask for my $20 back and he says No because he had to go into the back and look for a Rim and is keeping my $20. Worst experience I've ever had.
