The first time he was ok. The second time he was very unprofessional in how he spoke and his level of customer service. Not sure if he actually did a proper cleaning as there was still dust left behind some knobs. Customer service is important and I certainly hope that others don't have to go through what we went through.
Mike is very professional and he comes to my place very quickly every time. He's been servicing our hot water tanks for over 10 years now. Very honest and reasonable. He just came over this morning and noticed my tank was tripped. No repair needed and he didn't even charge me for the out trip. Highly recommended
