Beyond unprofessional. I went in and told them I was there for a referral and x-rays for my wisdom teeth surgery, which I made known during the appointment. When I was checking out, they gave me suggestions of places to get the surgery and told me that they would write a referral and send the x-rays when needed. The day before my surgery, the hospital called Dr.Rosens office three times and they did not answer.
