Not the best builder. We just bought a MJ Properties home. They do seem to use nicer cabinets and finishes in their homes. But I have discovered a lot of cut corners now that I have moved in. A lot of little things that a good builder would have done that now I have to pay out of pocket to do. They were also not very friendly or professional during the buying process.
I had a horrible experience with these people. Not sure why things have changed from previous good reviews. Update: In the last few weeks my new house has developed so many floor squeaks, moans and pops, it's like walking around in a 100 year old hillbilly cabin.
