Jose Roman is probably the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. He bait and switched everything he said he was going to use. He switched the pool re-surfacing material, the pool lights and the chlorinator with used or inferior products. I am still dealing with all kinds of issues with the pool chlorinator install to the point that I have decided to take the loss and fix everything myself. He dropped the pool light off and refused to install it. He installed the salt chlorinator housing incorrectly and it has been leaking... read more
