I looked everywhere in Sarasota for the right property. I finally found the right house with MJ Pham. I wasn't sure about buying from a developer and was worried about be a "transaction". Once I started working with John, I felt like right at home. I made a lot of asks (add a putting green, change doors, create a slat wall), and they said "no problem".
