This place is a scam and and have worst experience ever with trying to rent one of their properties. Looked at the property before it was listed and assured them that we wanted to rent it. Walked through it and offered twice to give a deposit on June 30 and was told we need to leave a deposit. Got approved and ready to move forward. Our agent with mj Peterson was Matt. 2nd time renting through this company. The apartments are nothing like what they list online and are rat/roach infested. You won’t know till you move in! Maintenance will use your bathroom if you aren’t home. Thank god for cameras or I would have never known maintenance was walking into residents apartments while they aren’t home to use the bathroom.
