Wish I could give a 0! We moved into our rental 2.5 months ago. They were well aware of a leak before we moved in that was not disclosed to us (a neighbor initially warned us) and since, they have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. Continuous leaks every rain and snow, and so much so that it is leaking over light switches, AND LEAKING INTO OUR FURNACE. causing our furnace to go out on the coldest day so far. I live at Westchester apartments. They are not good people to rent from. 1) They forced me to go to a hotel so they could renavate the building. The hotel had roaches, I had no neat or hot water. When I told them no one did anything. It was the middle of winter.They never even called me back . 2)They keep coming in my apartment without notifying me. I woke up and found 2 men in my bathroom.
