My husband set a appointment for 9:00 am today and the lady was very dismissive when she opened the shop stated the person who was doing his hair wasn’t in yet and closed the door. She was informed he was the client and she refused to open the door when he knocked twice.He was referred by a client here already and was informed the hairstylist was scared. Why set a appointment and not want to take a new client he was there before 9am saw her open the shop.
