love it and the service
Very disappointed in this location. Lyn does awesome work but this is the second time I go and my appointment time is not respected. I have had to wait over 15 mins and that’s not what bothers the most. What bothers the most is that no one is nice enough to let me know it’ll be a bit of a wait or any type of update. I don’t need 20% off, I need you to have some customer service and let me know what’s going on. Respect my time just like I do with showing up on time or canceling as needed.
Exceptional customer service, quality and great, relaxing environment. I recommend this establishment to anyone. IVY is the best. She is so kind, so attentive, gentle touch, skillful and very professional.
My bff took me about three months ago and I’ve been back several times! It’s worth every cent! Maria is my fav so far.
Very nice salon. Fast appts & Angela took great care removing gel polish. Next month I'll get gel.
