This attorney acted as the administrative hearing officer in a CPS appeal and was hired by CPS to serve as a “neutral” decision-maker. There was nothing neutral about this process. He instructed me to submit evidence by email 48 hours before the hearing. I did exactly that. During the hearing, he stated that he would not open, read, or consider the evidence at all. Started off professional, confident, and promising. But that was just at the start. Soon enough communication got cut back and I was dropped after court made a decision. Not a good feeling.
