MJ Engineering were easy to work with. From the first time they visited, they made it clear what was wrong and gave several options to fix our problem. They then carried out the tendering process and selected a great contractor who they managed throughout the work smoothly. Communication was fast and professional and the building looks much better now. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who has issues with their building.

I had an amazing experience with MJ Engineering projects. We have had a leak in our house that no one has been able to find, Mark and Danny came out and found the source of the problem quickly. Their customer service and professional knowledge was outstanding. We also asked them as a follow up to speak to our builder about what needed to be done to rectify our problem and they have been extremely helpful.

I am the chairperson of the strata committee of a 15 unit apartment block. We engaged MJ Engineering to provide a technical specification, negotiate the building contract, run a tender and supervise the builder - a large construction company. The team at MJ Engineering Projects have expertly assisted with our ongoing litigation proceeding at our residential strata building in Miranda. We have now achieved a great result with the builder signing a deed to fix a number of the building defects.

M J Engineering prepared a design and scope of work for a major waterproofing issue on our balcony and competently oversaw the job to completion. They selected an excellent company to carry out the job and were proactive in adjusting and adapting the work as needed throughout the project.
