Excellent service would recommend highly to everyone I talk to.
We had a large branch fall that took out the electrical line to our house. Average temp that week was about 95 degrees. After calling 4 electricians who could not help due to various lame reasons, Jeremy showed up within 2 hours and got to work. He was professional, efficient and his rates were very reasonable. Mast was back on the house and the air-conditioning was running that same day. I appreciate a local business that proves they care about the small customers as much as the big ones.
Gave us a partial estimate for a whole house standby generator. Needed more information. Never called or came back.
Called this business about having some electrical problems with our garage..not only did they not call back the first time, I set up a appointment and told them that my wife would be around all the following week and they set a appointment and then two days in a row we sat here all day and waited for them to show up and both days they never bothered to call until literally 5-15 mins before the closed for the day to say they weren't even in town or weren't coming, but you could have said something midday or scheduled somethin... read more
