Called in to get information about custom cabinets and the gentleman on the phone accused me of being a telemarketer and making him a sales pitch?! Asked about their timeline to make me expensive custom cabinets and that was the response?!

I called this morning to inquire about replacing a cabinet door this morning. The man who answered the phone was rude, said he didn’t know what I was talking about, cut me off twice, and said they were booked out till next May anyway. I started to try to explain what it was I was looking for to even ask if it would be possible or ask if he could refer me elsewhere, and he again interrupted me and said he didn’t know what I was talking about even as I was just starting to explain it. We hired Jared to instal custom cabinets for our kitchen and entertainment center. Have had a great experience with Jared. He is very quick to respond to questions, almost always same day response time. We got new faces on our kitchen cabinets and they look great. He also had an excellent recommendation for a painter to help us. Would recommend and use again.
