I have been a patient of this practice for over 30 years. But today for the first time in all that time I went in for my six month visit and cleaning. I had a brand new technician, new to me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. No visit from the doctor to check things out. Just a VERY quick cleaning and a $118 bill.
If you have anxiety like I do, you NEED to make this your new dentist office. I have such bad anxiety around dentist appointments and have only ever had horrible experiences. Every single person I talked to at both offices were so nice and caring and make my experience peaceful. Dr MJ was the most friendly dentist I’ve ever experienced and I’m so glad I listened to the recommendations I got to go see him!!
Best dentist office in north lake county, I had been coming since I was a child! They are advanced but not over the top. The hygienists love to educate and don’t make you feel dirty!
Need to watch their billing. Was told they were in network with my insurance. Charged me out of network saying they were removed from network. Did not tell me just sent a bill a couple months after. Did not provide require estimate.
