I have ZERO complaints with MJ Septic after working with them for the past 10 years. Their business practices are above the average for the septic industry and in a line of work that is EASY to take advantage of people I have NEVER felt that they were unfair or anything less than professional. They continuously handle jobs for us, our clients and our family/friends. We're buying a home that MJ Septic has serviced for quite some time. The Seller told us that she has been satisfied with their service so I called them to schedule an Initial Inspection and to get pricing for their Annual Service Contract. Yvonne was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, we look forward to working with MJ Septic for years to come!

We really aren't positive on how to respond to this review. This is/was a client of ours that called on 07/09/2019 asking for a copy of her latest inspection report. The conversation turned to the client talking down to my office staff, name calling etc. I returned to the office the next day, emailed the client so I could help address her concerns, she said she didn't have any, she just wanted to cancel her contract. MJ Septic has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Their field employees are competent, but they won't ring your doorbell to let you know as they are coming or going (they do call the day prior...which is nice, but it's common courtesy to announce yourself upon arrival/departure). My main problem is with their office staff. The person 'Jennifer' who answers the phones is the very rude. Her un-professionalism is out of control. MJ Septic installed the septic system for a new home build. When they did, they installed the septic sprinklers in locations which would not allow the system to pass inspection. I have attempted to meet with the owner, Joe, three times in order to find an alternate location for the sprinklers so I can pass inspection - so I can actually move into my home. Joe agrees on a date and time to meet me, I take time off work, and then Joe doesn't show up. If there is a less reliable company than MJ Septic, I haven't found it.
We were in a bind building a custom home due to a horrible contractor that we fired. MJ Septic came to our rescue as we were having a hard time finding someone to put in our septic system in ASAP. They put in the day he said he would, and it passed inspection with ease.All for an excellent price. I would definitely recommend MJ Septic.
