Enlisted MJ Brown Renovations for a new backslash and bathroom shower quote. Dylan Brown came to my home on June 10 for our initial walk through and project scope requirements. Several days go by without a response or follow up. I then reengaged Dylan Brown on 6/19 for a status update and was advised I would receive a quote next week. As of COB 6/27, no quote and no follow up/status updates since. We recently completed a master bath remodel with MJ Brown. Every part of the project from the original quote through the design phase, the construction, and completion of the project went smoothly and as planned. All of the contractors brought in to work on our project were professional, showed up on time, and made sure that everything was cleaned up behind them.
