You're better off pushing it. Had my vehicle towed from my work to a GM dealership as my car key was broken and unable to start. During the process of the tow they snapped my tie rod. When I called they tried to tell me that my car was hit and that they didn't do it. There was no damage to my wheel or vehicle so that was clearly a lie.
