Absolutely terrible customer service and complete lack of respect for people's time. I submitted a haircut request online and came to wait for confirmation. After waiting patiently in the shop for about 30 minutes, a guy who clearly knew the staff rushed in. Immediately after he arrived, my pending request was declined, and they took him instead without hesitation.
