HORRIBLE. Went here for 3 things: State inspection, purge valve replacement, transmission fluid change. Tires too bald for inspection, fine. But they had me bring my own transmission fluid, which i bought the day before from advanced auto. When i took it my only check engine code was for purge valve. Then they didnt have my purge valve, so that didnt get fixed. They told me they said over the phone to bring it which is not true. They said they changed transmission fluid. Our experience at this place was the worst ever. Took our 2016 Ford Escape here to have the blower motor replaced . The original one was making horrific noise because a mouse had made their home inside it. They change the blower motor and it's still making some god awful noise and vibration. But rather than figuring out why and fixing it , they let the customer leave there with the car to find our for themselves. Been going to them for years and I’ve never had an issue. Most honest mechanic around in my opinion
