Our experience at this place was the worst ever. Took our 2016 Ford Escape here to have the blower motor replaced . The original one was making horrific noise because a mouse had made their home inside it. They change the blower motor and it's still making some god awful noise and vibration. But rather than figuring out why and fixing it , they let the customer leave there with the car to find our for themselves.
