Less than one star if I could. I called Mike to schedule an appraisal, he gave me his availability and I confirmed with tenants. I called him the day before to confirm the appointment and he took down my info and said he'd be there. You guessed it, didn't show up and proceeded to tell me that I called him to cancel the day before.. basically made up excuses. Completely unprofessional and biggest waste of time. Top notch appraiser! He was very accessible when I reached out for a super tight turn around appraisal report. Scheduling was easy, he showed up right on time and provided a thorough and accurate appraisal report within days of assessing my property. Cannot recommended more highly!!
