These jokers keep calling me at 8 am every day over a Leesburg utility bill that's over a year old.. that I paid off. I have called and requested my number removed and have been hung up on twice and told "your phone call is stopping me from removing you" when I asked why I called back after the first hang up. Attorney is my next stop.

Like other reviews, I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. Ms. Strong continuously interrupted me from the very beginning of the conversation to the end. She raised her voice and lacks customer service skills. When I spoke with a supervisor about my experience, the supervisor was very dismissive as well. This company needs to review at minimum very basic customer service skills including how to treat others with respect and retrain all staff. The lady named Strong was very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to ask for verification about my bills, but she kept giving me an attitude and raising her voice. I kept up with my bills and believed everything was paid in full. She escalated my emotions of stress and confusion for something that could have been easily and reasonably handled. You don’t collect payment by your representative yelling and screaming to the customers.

I had such a great experience with taking Jennifer Wright being so fast at resolving a situation in which the account were not mine in the first place. She reached out personally to the Credit Bureau Agencies and got everything taken care of. Thank you again for helping me with this matter.
