Came in to here a couple months back and had an incredibly rude and hostile British male doctor come in, immediately ask "what's wrong with you", and tell me my high blood pressure is no reason to come to urgent care and that they've had people coming in there all day long who "shouldn't be here". Sorry, I didn't want to go to the ER and my BP was really high. Also, bashing your other patients in front of your current patient is incredibly disrespectful. He came off as a rude and pompous jerk. Excellent care, we're glad to have them in our community
My son and i have came for the last 3 years! I absolutely love the staff here! They are kind and attentive. The wait time is very minimal and it is so easy to get checked in.
I had a wonderful experience here. My 5 year old developed chest pain that was sudden and scared me. The front desk lady did not sense the urgency and told me to have a seat. But when I requested a nurse they came right away. All was well and I would recommend.
