the staff members were ACTUALLY able to hold my 9 month old son, who usually doesn't like anyone touching him. they were absolutely amazing w him & were extremely helpful. he has Influenza B at the moment & instead of prescribing a bunch of heavy meds they suggested infant's ibuprofen which is working great, helped w the gunk coming out of his eyes, & found air in his tummy via x-ray. everything they diagnosed him w was accurate, unlike any hospital in Jefferson City who claimed there was nothing wrong w him. they gave him t... read more
Don’t waste your time or money on this joke of a place. Never been able to receive any care at all here. Took my dad for crisis level blood pressure and a splitting headache for three days. Didn’t offer him anything relief at all and treated him like he was pushing for pills. Just throw the whole urgent care away because it’s absolutely pointless. American healthcare is a joke now.
Came in to here a couple months back and had an incredibly rude and hostile British male doctor come in, immediately ask "what's wrong with you", and tell me my high blood pressure is no reason to come to urgent care and that they've had people coming in there all day long who "shouldn't be here". Sorry, I didn't want to go to the ER and my BP was really high. Also, bashing your other patients in front of your current patient is incredibly disrespectful. He came off as a rude and pompous jerk.
