I had a wonderful experience here. My 5 year old developed chest pain that was sudden and scared me. The front desk lady did not sense the urgency and told me to have a seat. But when I requested a nurse they came right away. All was well and I would recommend.
I came to this urgent care after feeling progressively worse over the course of a week. I finally decided to go in after I became extremely fatigued and started experiencing chest pain, which concerned me because I’m a generally healthy young adult. Went there early January of 2025, they said I had influenza A they did not give me any antibiotics or any solutions really. They did a COVID and influenza test. Came back that I had influenza A. But I didn't have influenza I had COVID. Fast forward to today February 6th, 2025, my father goes in and gets looked at. The nurse practitioner did not do any physical exam on him did not check his ears his throat his nasal cavity. Basically told him there was nothing wrong with him and just to go home. NP Charlie Bassinger was great. The Dr. was helpful as well. Front office staff were friendly and polite-this makes or breaks medical offices in my opinion. Thanks for a good visit! Also, service was quite prompt.
Had to pay 65$ co-pay even though i have 2 insurance, talked to the insurance company they say I shouldn't have had a co-pay.
