Can't say enough nice things about the staff and the care they provide. From the checkin desk and cashier desk, to all the staff, students, and residents in multiple different departments, we have had great care of our Gerald at Mizzou and everyone shows empathy in every encounter.
Our baby injured her back. We thought she was going to need to be euthanized. Our vet sent us three hours away, to the small animal hospital in Columbia. The care was exceptional. Dr. Toporis explained everything…clearly. Costs were explained, up front. He gave us an honest prognosis and helped us decide what to do. It was very expensive to save her. But we never felt pressured, one way or another. Every single person we met was kind and helpful and professional. We are beyond grateful.
