This location was not the greatest before their "software update" but now it's really bad. I've tried to call them numerous times and it literally just rings. No reliable text notification that your prescriptions are ready (but trust me, they aren't), they did supposedly get an app, though it's not an actual MU app, and it doesn't even have the ability to do a status check on your prescriptions though that either. Ordered refill and received confirmation that it was ready twice and turned up and told that there was medicine available and they would have to order it in. Long lines. A joke. I will be moving to another pharmacy.
Would not come here if I were you. There new system is still in the works so understandably if things are a little slow that’s fine. Problem is they don’t answer the phone at all, or at least I cannot get through to them after days and days of phone calls. What am I suppose to do when I need to check a refill and my prescription number is different and the app is not working. So I went there myself and found similar problems to other reviews. I've used this pharmacy for years. Unfortunately, with these new changes to the pharmacy system, i won't be using them any more. You can't call to check in on your prescription because the phones don't actually connect to anyone. The drive thru lines is a minimum 30-45 minute waits each time. The pharmacists are doing what they can but it's awful. I got there today and despite having my prescription refil sent to them Monday, they didn't have them ready today (Saturday).
