this is the only pharmacy i can access being a student, and the service i get is awful. if you arent able to take 1+ hour out of your day to call them and sit in their waiting room, good luck getting meds. i signed up for text refill reminders that i have never been sent, they dont auto refill my prescription that i need auto refilled, so i have to call them every time i need it filled. this requires waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer, only for me to be told it’s going to be an hour before it’s ready. i show up an hour... read more

Today I call to talk to a person numerous times, only for someone to answer the phone, & hang it up intentionally every single time. It was not even 3:30. This is unacceptable. I don't care if they're busy. It's inappropriate to do such a thing. And I've waited in line for my prescriptions before for over an hour. They told me they would yell my name. They did not. Slow as hell, waited in line for the single person at the counter to tell me it wasn’t filled yet and to come back in 10-15 minutes. Returned in 20 and waited another 15 minutes in line to be told it wasn’t ready still. Still waiting at this point and they’re back down to a single person at the counter! Just use your regular pharmacy even the staff here told us it would take a while. Boooooooooo
