I have been to some high-end sushi places in the U.S. I had the Angry Red Dragon Roll the first time I went to MiZu. Yes, it tasted great. But the presentation was what really wowed me. Between the roll and the garnishes, it looked like an Asian style dragon. I have been here several times over the past 4 years and it has been consistently good. For a small town, I was surprisingly impressed.
Chicken hibachi was amazing. Get extra Yum Yum because they only give you about 1 ounce cup half full. Make sure to order two or three for a meal. Wish I would've looked before I got back to the hotel.
This was a bit of a shocker! Was visiting Kirksville with work and he recommended Mizu Hibachi. We were skeptical (due to his past recommendations), but dang it he was right! This place was delicious! I ordered the fried calamari and crab Rangoon. Both were incredible! Seriously!
