I stayed at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center and honestly this was very frustrating. The website clearly says the rooms have air conditioning, but what they do not tell you is that guests cannot control the temperature at all because the thermostats are locked. A maintenance worker even admitted to me that all the thermostats in the rooms are locked. During my stay, the outside temperature was around 97°F during the day and about 86°F in the evenings, so having control of the AC was important. The room was supposed to stay... read more

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I didn’t have a pleasant experience. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice- once with my boyfriend and this past weekend alone. Both times, the air didn’t work. That’s not what this review is about. At about 9:00am two young maintenance men knocked on the door and said they received a call about a clogged toilet, I said, “Not here,” and closed the door while the shower was running. Everything okay until............I requested a late check and was told no without them even asking "how late". Gave me a speech about a lot of check ins and not late check outs permitted. Again, did not even ask me how late I wanted. There check out time is 10:00a.m. and all I wanted was 1 extra hour but they did not even ask what I wanted.
