The staff here are very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, the veterinarians — especially the owner — are extremely rude. Five minutes before our appointment, they called to cancel. I was already in the parking lot, so I went in anyway. Instead of being understanding, the owner argued with us the entire time. Dr. Poduszlo, I find your response deeply disappointing. You are not being truthful about what happened that day. The way you spoke to and treated my mother was completely unacceptable. I was on the phone with her as this unfolded and heard how you entered the room in a hostile tone, dismissed her reasonable question, then stormed out and slammed the door. I really think long and hard before submitting a one star review, but on Saturday I went to get my dog his vaccines at Mizner Park Veterinary Clinic. I wanted the vaccines only but was told by the trainee vet that it was law when getting a rabies shot that a dog has to have an annual exam. I was given an estimate by the tech, which I questioned, which is my right as a client. I asked her if she could ask the Dr, if there could possibly be a price break, my right again. Over the course of 25 years and 2 dogs, Dr Poduszlo has always been there unconditionally. He is the best. He is caring and compassionate beyond words, His staff is also amazing. My niece and other family members also swear by the clinic for their dogs. Feels like family in every way!
Dr Lazz is the most amazing... He never gives up, does follow up calls, sends article's and truly cares, along with the other doctors and staff. Amazing team!
