I bought a TT-4S-TNH cup and tray holder and it broke. I paid $26 to mail it back and still haven't received it. No communication at all from the company. What is going on?

I have tried purchasing a product on their website, emailing them, and called several extensions and there is absolutely no return call or contact. I Thing they may be out of business. I am attempting to do a Youtube product review and this doesn't look good so far. I will change my review once they respond.

I purchased a Mammoth Mount phone holder for a family member as a Christmas gift. Ran into an issue with it and contacted the warranty department by email. Since they claim to have a 5 year warranty I thought it would be easy to resolve it. Wrong....They finally responded and asked for a picture of the part I need. I sent it and have received nothing and its been over 2 months. I've emailed and called several times to follow up and no one answers the phone EVER.
