Went to the new clinic expecting a clean, modern, high-calibre experience. I used the bathroom and was shocked to see a woman using the toilet with the door wide open. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and because there is only one cubicle for women and another for men, I had to wait and endure the awkwardness. Such beautiful environments with friendly staff, and they also have such cute minibar for customer to enjoy . The therapist is professional and always be patient. Definitely will come next time
I had an above-and-beyond customer service experience with Nurse Jay this afternoon during my Rejuran treatment. Jay was calm, attentive, personable, and very informative. She provided me with a lot of information, which made me feel comfortable and confident in making decisions about my treatment. She even stayed back late this evening to complete my procedure. I highly recommend her if you are considering beauty treatments.
I really love the new store, the skill and knowledge are very good and i have been with them for 2 years and now i have upcoming wedding in December and def come more often. Just hard to book on Saturday cause they always fully booked :(( hopefully they can open sunday for ppl working 9-5 like me 🥹😍🥰
I absolutely love this skinclinic! The environment is clean, relaxing and beautifully decorated. The staff are professional, friendly and always take great care of me. My skin feels amazing after every treatment, and I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommended!
