Very disappointing experience with Jimmy Wang. I felt rushed, dismissed and lacking in care. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. I also found it inappropriate that immediately after my appointment, he spoke in another language to the reception staff while handing over information about my consultation. As I was standing there, this made me feel excluded and uncomfortable. This was especially disappointing as my previous experiences at this clinic have always been positive, with kind and helpful staff.
