I need to get off HRT after using it for 20 years..Dr. Won was rude and gave me quick instructions but gave me no alternatives on how to handle symptoms as I go through this withdrawal. I was angry when I left...the office visit lasted no more than 10 minutes with a Pap smear.
She showed a lack of concern for anything I had to say. While waiting I could hear another patient screaming in pain in the next room. It was an awful experience.
Found her to be dismissive and arrogant. When I had a question, instead of going into detail, she merely repeated her single sentence. That was not professional, not courteous and non-caring. she did not encourage communication. She came across very robotic and not genuine.
I would not recommend Dr. Won. I didn't feel that she listened to my request; she was cursory.
