Hard working small team. You actually talk to your representation most of the time as opposed to assistants or paralegals. Seemingly real humans that actually care about their clients. I wouldn't call it a pleasurable experience, because nobody loves dealing with legal situations, but Jeremy and the team definitely helped make the situation better.
