This was out favorite place. Was a 5 star hands down. Now, they fired the manager and a different cook. I'd say 4 star. Less meat than before and now a no substitution for noodles. I'd rather rice and the price is not worth it without the substitution. I have ventured to find a new favorite hibachi sushi. If you are in Ocala, Tony's sushi has them beat. But decent for the villages.
I love going here. The food is always delicious and the chef always gives an amazing experience. I was just here tonight and it was amazing as always.
I have ordered to go three different times from this restaurant. As I'm sure you will agree, even the best restaurants can loose some quality with to go orders. This restaurant absolutely does not! In all three situations, multiple meals were ordered. They were all very hot, prepared perfectly to order, full of flavor, and ample amounts. Excellant food and good prices
This is the 2nd time My girfriend and I have ate here since they got new owners and is no longer called Fuji. Phenomenal quality and service, we will definitely be ordering from here again.
