The portion for a salmon sushi was very small (5 rolls) for $18 :/
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. We were seated and given waters, then told afterward they were closing early. The staff member kept saying they "closed in 5 minutes," even though the restaurant itself didn't close for another 20 minutes. We completely understood the kitchen was closing, but we were the only ones being rushed out. The worst part was my friend was literally still drinking her water, and the second she put it down, the staff member came over and took all of our waters away before we had even left. A classic South Miami Restaurant and it did not disappoint. The best part is the energy in the restaurant it feels good to be sitting there. The food is all very good, the tuna sashimi was solid. Sushi in general was super fresh, the Sake was really nice as well. The tuna jalapeño fish / cheese maki were great starters. Service overall was ok we did have to wait a bit between being checked up on especially as it got busier. Still a great spot that will definitely be seeing me again.
STELLAR sushi dinner with the family!! Best quality sushi in town. The owner listens to what his guests likes and makes great suggestions that wow us every time we return. Great place, terrific food and unparalleled service.
Enjoyed the food , the service was excellent and the attention to detail. It was like if you were really in Japan !!!
