Was given ample time and tons of evidence to prepare and didn’t, and I almost lost all custody of my daughter because of it. Then immediately after the hearing, he fell off the face of the planet. Nothing was turned in on time and no progress was made on action items due immediately. I had to connect with the correct people myself to get them to nudge him about it weeks later.
