I have always had a wonderful experience! The nail technicians are efficient, pleasant and do a really nice job.
This was my second visit to Miya Nails & Spa, and I came with my disabled mother. While the salon itself is beautifully maintained, I’ve noticed that some — not all — of the staff can come across as unwelcoming. There were visible facial expressions and ongoing conversations in another language that felt dismissive and made us uncomfortable. I initially gave the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was just an off day, but after a second similar experience, I’ve decided not to return.
