First of all Ryan was a great server! He was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable and had a very descriptive way of describing the dishes. All the staff is very kind and accommodating. The food was all very good and large portions, however it can be pretty different. For example, if two people at a table order the same dish it can be close to one and a half orders split into two rather then two full separate orders. The restaurant was beautiful, service was fine, but the food needed seasoning and lacked taste.
Genuinely one of the best Chinese restaurants in Colorado, probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The service was amazing, Trin (I think that’s how you spell it) was so awesome too. The mini bao buns were my favorite. Thank you so much we WILL be coming back.
New to Broomfield. Looking for good Chinese. Ordered online and picked up on my way home. Went to Maya Moon. Beautifully decorated inside. Ordered take out and with a tip it was 82.00!!!!! Bags the food was in were VERY fancy. Food was ok, lo mein noodles were "gummy" and they forgot our fried rice. We called to let them know and all the kid could say was "uh Im sorry". No manager here to help, uh sorry." What has happened to customer service these days??? Well we wont be back. That was ALOT of $$ for average Chinese. 🫤
We had a group of 5. Waited a few minutes for a table. Seated, greeted and served water. Looked over menus, ordered and started being served all within 15 min. The kitchen staff was so fast and the food was amazing. From 2 different types of dumplings, drunken noodles, sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. All meals were enjoyed and leftovers were even taken home in sturdy, reusable containers and an amazing bag to reuse. We love this restaurant.
