Le propriétaire *RAY* m'a vendu une Toyoto Corolla il y a pas longtemps et je viens de m'apercevoir chez le concessionnaire que l'odomètre vient tout juste d'être reculé de plus de 120000km. Je trouve ça inacceptable et très malhonnête. Je viens de faire une plainte à l'OPC pour fraude. Je ne l'aurais jamais achetée si je savais le vrai kilométrage. Il m’a fait plusieurs fausse promesse.

I had a very frustrating experience purchasing a used car from Miya Auto. Right after driving the car home, the air conditioning stopped working, even though it was fine during the test drive. The dealer assured me that if I sent him the repair bill, he would cover the costs—but despite multiple follow-ups, he never made the payment. He also promised to provide winter tires at a later date, which never happened. Overall, very disappointed with the service and broken promises.
It was a great experience for me to purchase a vehicle at Miya Auto because we have never met in person. I live in Alberta province, and they are located in Quebec. From the very first communication, one could tell that this dealership knows how to serve its customers and does not compromise on honesty. Everything was on point, and Miya kept providing answers to all my queries asked over the phone or via texts for record purposes immediately and in detail.
