Excellent customer service, my favorite place in Kotara. Best bubble tea in Newcastle, highly recommended!
I’d like some icecream with my cone thanks… (Photos from car taken TODAY and the one in shop a week ago!? DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES TOO) And whoever made my ‘taro’ milk tea I watched them fill it with mostly water… it tasted like watered down MILK it’s purple but I didn’t taste anything???? Pearls were the only thing that saved it…
Good and service quickly but staff don’t friendly
This is a proper little community gem! We all know it’s a big chain and things can be a bit hit-or-miss sometimes, but please, don’t take it out on the staff. > The lady running this shop is an absolute trojan—she’s incredibly dedicated and works so hard to make every customer feel welcome.
