One of the bad service in my life they just used mobile and no attention to customer
I had the opportunity to stop by Mixt in Berkeley yesterday while staying nearby. Having moved to another state some time ago, my go-to location used to be the Oakland store. I was pleasantly surprised to see Sam now serving as the General Manager — it was wonderful to see her and the excellent team she leads at this location. They are doing an outstanding job, and I look forward to visiting again whenever I am in town.
Update: this location messed up an order AGAIN! Paid extra for crispy cauliflower on a salad and didn’t get it. My bad for not fully unboxing my order in front of the staff which I suppose is necessary. I will only be going to the Oakland location from now on. Ordered the tofu sandwich for takeout and it literally didn’t have tofu on it. Just cabbage and avocado. I wish I was joking.
