The Kim lady is very rude, customer service is terrible, seems she does not even want customers-I'm sorry this is unacceptable
I recently ordered over 60 various sized t-shirts for our family reunion in PA. Kim was tremendously helpful with shirt recommendations and graphic/font options. The shirts are AWESOME!
