I used to like this place until last time I went for my second keratin treatment. I feel like I paid for something I didn't get... my hair is still curly at some areas and even though I went back 3 times to get it fixed, the results are nothing compared to what I got in January when I did it for the first time. I'm not a hair dresser my self, but I do notice things, and I do know the protocol to follow to get the best out the keratin treatment.
