I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Mixlabs! Excellent customer service. Prescriptions always arrive quickly and on time I love when my dogs prescription arrives because Mixlabs always includes a sweet card addressed to my dog and a cute toy perfect for my dog. I have been getting meds from Mix Lab for years and I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, their customer service and in some ways maybe importantly their kindness. I love getting the box with the meds and the directions and the toy and the message to my cat or dog..:-). Zooey especially gives the toy the best rating possible.
I love Mixlab. Seriously. Pet meds in general are not fun. They make it fun. I got my dog’s Rx, along with a personalized note, along with a toy for him and a sanitizer for me. They text me when he is due for a refill in the most chipper way possible, and I really appreciate what they do for me. I honestly use 4 places to get my pet meds, and I will consolidate to here for any others that they can provide for my 3 dogs. Thank you for making us (me) smile during a pandemic.
what a treat- and totally unexpected- to have received a prescription for my CAT with NO expectations whatsoever, and find not only the medicine delivered, but a treat for kitty and a COVID protection gift for the "parent" as well! The follow-up procedures (so efficient!), and marketing techniques of mix lab are FLAWLESS! GREAT company and personal approach in a totally unexpected business.
MixLab is simply great in every way. Quality products, professional, solicitous, prompt. And their marketing is off the charts. My Milo loves the little toy included in every box and this month I got a free hand sanitizer for the pandemic! Cannot say enough good things about this company!
