Offering 7 small group training classes daily, Monday through Friday, that include strength, metabolic & cardio conditioning. Bad experience. I visited on 9/20 around 6.10 PM and tried to open the door to meet the coaches and wanted to have a tour of the Gym . Knocked couple of times and tried again to open the door as it's locked from outside. There were cars outside the gym but none cared to open the door. Even left a voice message with my phone number as it's been more than a week & no one even bothered to give a call back. Not what I excepted and overall not good experience.
I have been going to this gym for a couple weeks now. Katrina is the best, very knowledgeable. All the other staff is very friendly as well.
Did my first drop in class today! Loved the vibe, the gym, all of it! Katrina is awesome! Can’t wait to for my next workout with her 💪
My husband and I were in Phoenix for the day and asked if we join their Saturday morning class. The owner was very sweet and accommodating and let us take a class for free! John was the instructor and he had a fun high intensity circuit planned out. We really enjoyed Mix Fit and will absolutely be back any time we visit Phoenix. Great gym!
I’ve been attending this gym consistently for 6 months, and it’s been the best decision of my life. I was intimidated at first, but all the coaches are extremely helpful and welcoming. The coaches I work with most, Katrina and Bret, are so kind and inclusive. They work out WITH you which I always enjoy. Boxing with Bret is also a blast, he’s so knowledgeable and skilled. I’m so excited to hit my next PRs with their help and encouragement.
