No-nonsense gym! I’ve trained at several BJJ and MMA gyms in the Bay, and this is by far my favorite. Coach Nick is constantly giving valuable tips, emphasizing wrestling alongside BJJ. The striking training is new to me — but the experience so far has been exactly what I was looking for. It’s been a humbling experience that inspires me to improve. This isn’t a fitness-focused gym—it’s for serious, well-rounded MMA training. If you’re serious about improving your overall fighting skills, this is the place.
Coach Nick is a genius, couldn’t ask for a better Coach helped me developed confidence in my self and better my self he will teach you right. I give this Gym 5stars
When I joined this class almost two years ago, I was so full of nerves and through out time it just melted away. The coach was welcoming in the sense that he took time to teach his students and not only did he help me grow my sportsmanship and skills, he also built camaraderie between me and my teammates.
Absolutely incredible gym! Coach Nick creates an organized and approachable learning environment. I stepped into this gym as a complete beginner and fell in love with Ju jitsu and Muy Thai. The other members of the gym are welcoming and encouraging to each other.
