We waited 45 minutes for a sandwich. The workers were trying to be polite but we did overhear them saying “there was a problem” in the kitchen. Not sure what that was about. Once we got the sandwich, it was completely wrong. Had items missing, and then wrong items thrown on. The rest of my groups meals were good, and food was definitely fresh, however the wait time and orders being messed up was really upsetting and no actions were taken to make our experience better as a customer.

Poor customer service. My wrap was made without dressing, super dry, and missing ingredients. I called to receive some compensation and they argued with me, swore they made it right, and did not offer any sort of compensation or to fix it. They said they couldn’t do anything. I mean what kind of food establishment operates this way?? It’s no way to maintain customers. Even mc Donald’s of all places offers to make it right for you. Wraps have gotten considerably smaller. Have been coming here for years and last two times I’ve gone the wraps have been significantly smaller than what they once were. Cutting costs it seems. Here’s my wrap from a few months ago vs now

I had an amazing experience at Mixed Greens & Grill. I ordered a custom warm bowl with rice as the base, topped with steak, shrimp, and chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. My favorite part was the house balsamic dressing. It complemented the bowl so well that I told the staff they should add it to the menu as a featured option. I genuinely don’t like writing negative reviews. It hurts to have to, but as someone who’s also in the service industry, and only gets one opportunity during a shift to eat at a specific time. I’m done. 5 times in a row now there has been something wrong with the order that made it so I couldn’t eat it.
